As you meander around the complex you will find multiple swimming pool, with a large central pool and quieter pools dotted around. The villas have their own private pools.

The complex is set on 34,240m2 comprising 45 private villas & bungalows and 13 apartment blocks with a total of 69 aparts (both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom duplex)

The apartment we have for sale is set within a block 8, enjoying a south facing aspect. The apartment is set on the first floor aspect and covers two storeys. It is positioned to the rear of the development in a quiet spot.

Onsite, in addition to the swimming pools, there are also tennis courts, outside fitness park, communal car parking area for the apartment owners (villas have their own driveway), mini market store for daily essentials and onsite poolside cafe bar.

The maintenance fee on this site (2025 rates) is 3500tl monthly, approximately £70 pm.

There is a dolmus bus service running from the entrance gates of the complex through to Fethiye town and passing by Calis Beach resort. In the summer months the buses run every 15 minutes from early morning until approximately 10pm (distance approx 9km)

Fethiye is a charming harbour town with international shopping brands and restaurants/bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a beautiful waterfront promenade with municipal park areas. Tuesdays are bustling with a large weekly market … a great place to try your hand at bartering and pick up some local souvenirs.

Calis is nestled between Yaniklar and Fethiye and is a popular holiday resort destination. Another long promenade has an abundance of shops and restaurants and is only 2km away from the development.

Yaniklar village itself has all your daily essentials and offers a true experience of the locals friendly hospitality and Turkish way of life. There are a handful of shops, pharmacy, post office, bakery and branded supermarkets, plus small clinic.

The 3 bedroom duplex apartment we have for sale is set within a block 8, enjoying a south facing aspect. The apartment is set on the first floor aspect and covers two storeys. It is positioned to the rear of the development in a quiet spot.

Access is through a communal entrance hallway with spiralling stairs, which guides you to secure steel entrance door. Stepping into a tiled hallway and open plan living area, where there is a kitchen that adjoins the lounge area, which opens onto a South facing balcony.

The balcony has ample space for dining table and chairs and there is a built in bbq area for alfresco dining. There are views out across the communal gardens which are always well kept, offering a peaceful and serene setting.

The apartment has hot water boiler which is plumbed in above the washing machine, set to the rear of the upstairs of the apartment, in a utility area. An additional storage depo is found at the top of the stairs.

It is the owners intention to sell the apartment unfurnished but they would be open to negotiations if there were any items that the buyers are interested in.
