The villa itself is traditional architecture, but has undergone many improvements both inside and out, to bring it to the standards of modern day conveniences.

Starting outside you will enjoy a large private swimming pool which has been retiled and which has a poolside shower to rinse off. The pool measures 8 x 10m and features Roman access steps with safety hand rail and travertine non slip treads. Not only does this provide easy access but also a favourite spot to sit in shallow waters and enjoy a book within cooling waters during the hottest summer months. The swimming pool is surrounded by travertine terraces, again newly replaced and offers wide terraces for placement of sun loungers in both shady or sunny positions.

The outlook from the pool and within the gardens is one of nature with greenery all around for a lovely private environment. The plot size is vast, measuring 1102m2 and a real selling point, with these large plots hard to find nowadays.

There is a modern secure entrance door which steps into newly tiled hallway which flows through all of the downstairs living areas which are open plan. From the upper hallway/landing you have two ensuite bedrooms, bedroom three and bedroom four. The flooring has been re-laid in modern wood effect ceramics for durability.

The master bedroom is a sizeable double which features a dressing area with large wardrobes and drawers for plenty of storage. The bedroom is finished with a bold colour scheme. Again benefits inverter AC and also ceiling fan.

The master ensuite bathroom is large with separate bath and separate shower cubicle. It is finished with beautiful, high quality, white marble tiles for a luxury ensuite. The bath has hand held shower above to rinse off and inset niche shelf. The large corner glass shower cabin has rainfall shower and hand held combo and there is a modern vanity sink set on wall mounted cupboard and wall mounted wc.

The fourth bedroom, set across the opposite side of the upper hallway also benefits from its own ensuite shower room which has again been retiled and with new shower suite.

The villa enjoys a wonderful upper terrace balcony, which is a roofed retreat for a shady seating area which enjoys extensive views With well placed privacy screens and walled surround, its a perfect private spot to relax.. In addition to the balcony there is also a sunroom, come office, to offer the perfect reading area, especially for catching winter sun and the perfect spot to while away the hours. It has tip and tilt windows for a breeze and comes fitted with zebra blinds which were made to measure.

Outside there is a garage with room for a car and storage with built in shelving and a second storage area can be found attached to the pool pump house. The mature gardens benefit from a sprinkler system working from ground water via an electric pump.
