Villa Serenity is a beautiful relaxing haven with all the modern conveniences and space needed for a family to enjoy.

Located in Dalaman, the villa is one of just six villas, on a quiet no through road. Truly one of the most serene and beautiful spots, surrounded by nature. Looking over the stream to the front is an orchard of pomegranates, while behind are views to the mountains over the neighbouring orange orchards.

With outdoor living in Turkey being so important, you will be pleased to find several seating areas with various themes; a stone courtyard with BBQ for alfresco dining, a decked area beneath fragrant jasmines, sunbathing terraces, shady and fragrant spots within high walled gardens that are bursting with mature fruit trees and colourful oleanders. Curving feature steps lead to the back door which is reached across a terrace. This area houses both a dining area and a relaxation area with low chairs and coffee table. There is a lovely cooling breeze here on most afternoons with views across the pool and gardens to the distant mountains.

The villa itself is traditional architecture, but has undergone many improvements both inside and out, to bring it to the standards of modern day conveniences.

Starting outside you will enjoy a large private swimming pool which has been retiled and which has a poolside shower to rinse off. The pool measures 8 x 10m and features Roman access steps with safety hand rail and travertine non slip treads. Not only does this provide easy access but also a favourite spot to sit in shallow waters and enjoy a book within cooling waters during the hottest summer months. The swimming pool is surrounded by travertine terraces, again newly replaced and offers wide terraces for placement of sun loungers in both shady or sunny positions.

The outlook from the pool and within the gardens is one of nature with greenery all around for a lovely private environment. The plot size is vast, measuring 1102m2 and a real selling point, with these large plots hard to find nowadays.

There is a modern secure entrance door which steps into newly tiled hallway which flows through all of the downstairs living areas which are open plan. A bright n airy lounge offers a comfortable place to relax and features a traditional corner fire place and chimney which with minor modifications can easily be converted into a functional working fire. A modern and quirky staircase cascading directly into the lounge., finished with attractive granite treads and modern metal handrails to compliment the look.

The kitchen was renovated in 2021 to have a mixture of traditional lines with modern tones for the wall and base units, topped with granite work surfaces. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (replaced in 2021) which includes dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob and a walk-in pantry including the fridge/freezer.

Two guest bedrooms and a family bathroom are located on the ground floor level, set off an internal hallway, off to the left hand side of the property.

One ground floor bedroom is furnished with double divan and the second with twin beds. The bedrooms benefit from energy saver, inverter air-conditioning units which can be set to both cool and heat modes. There are also ceiling fans.

The ground floor, family bathroom suite has WC, vanity basin set on cupboard and corner shower cubicle, finished with contrasting blue and white ceramics and with large frosted window. Additionally there is a separate WC cloakroom for guests set off the entrance hallway. It is modern with glossy white wall tiles and with ottoman style Turkish floor tiles.

From the upper hallway/landing you have two ensuite bedrooms, bedroom three and bedroom four. The flooring has been re-laid in modern wood effect ceramics for durability.

The master bedroom is a sizeable double which features a dressing area with large wardrobes and drawers for plenty of storage. The bedroom is finished with a bold colour scheme. Again benefits inverter AC and also ceiling fan.

The master ensuite bathroom is large with separate bath and separate shower cubicle. It is finished with beautiful, high quality, white marble tiles for a luxury ensuite. The bath has hand held shower above to rinse off and inset niche shelf. The large corner glass shower cabin has rainfall shower and hand held combo and there is a modern vanity sink set on wall mounted cupboard and wall mounted wc.

The fourth bedroom, set across the opposite side of the upper hallway also benefits from its own ensuite shower room which has again been retiled and with new shower suite.

The villa enjoys a wonderful upper terrace balcony, which is a roofed retreat for a shady seating area which enjoys extensive views With well placed privacy screens and walled surround, its a perfect private spot to relax.. In addition to the balcony there is also a sunroom, come office, to offer the perfect reading area, especially for catching winter sun and the perfect spot to while away the hours. It has tip and tilt windows for a breeze and comes fitted with zebra blinds which were made to measure.

Additions to the villa include replaced windows (acoustic noise reduction glass) and aluminium frames in 2023, fly screens, electric hot water for when solar is insufficient, new inverter aircons throughout in 2021, replaced kitchen appliances in 2021, new floor tiles.

Outside there is a garage with room for a car and storage with built in shelving and a second storage area can be found attached to the pool pump house. The mature gardens benefit from a sprinkler system working from ground water via an electric pump.

Set on the Eastern side of Dalaman, you are still within reach of local amenities, taking a flat 10-15 minute walk to reach the main Eren Park area (approx 1km).
