Seydikemer (formally known as Kemer) is a small town situated just 1 hour drive from Dalaman international airport (65km)

Seydikemer in recent years was given town status, with the authorities making vast improvements to the local infrastructure. There have been new roads, block paved paths and underground utilities already. A new hospital in 2023 and council offices in 2022 and further plans include a central boating lake.

All of the recent improvements make the area a secure investment opportunity as the improvements are sure to increase property prices in the area. Therefore, a resale property is a very sensible investment as land prices are escalated already.

Seydikemer offers the peaceful living of unspoilt Turkey, with the added benefit of being within easy reach of larger towns and tourist attractions nearby, to which there are regular dolmus bus links which are a cheap and reliable way of getting around.

Nearby places to explore are Saklikent Gorge (21km), Patara Beach & antique city (53km), Olu Deniz Beach and Blue Lagoon (33km) and of course Fethiye (24km) and Calis Beach.

THE VILLA:

The villa we are pleased to present is a detached 2 storey villa. It is a resale villa coming unfurnished and sold as seen.

A rear entrance door leads into an open plan living area which has fitted kitchen to the rear and space for dining area to adjoin and a lounge at the front aspect which has traditional open fire place for cosy winter evenings.

Patio doors give access to large roofed balcony terrace which has that all important built in BBQ with chimney for alfresco dining during the warm summer evenings; perfect for hosting guests. The balcony terrace overlooks the pool and gardens which is lit during the evening for perfect ambience and the picturesque archways present the mountain views beautifully.
