    In Seydikemer center you will find everything that you can need from supermarkets (serving alcohol and cigarettes), butchers, grocers, barbers, electrical appliance stores and hardware shops to name a few. There are vets, pharmacies, multiple banks, dentists, medical clinic and they has just benefited from a new hospital in May 2023.

    The villa is within an easy 15 minute flat stroll from the central hub and the Seydikemer main high street is 1.2km away.

    The villas location is positioned with great views of the countryside and sits to the West side of Esen stream. The local area is surrounded by lush green countryside, poppy fields and farming land with a stunning mountain backdrops which are even snow-capped during the winter months, giving true picture postcard landscapes.

    The quaint town has a town square and picturesque riverside setting and there is a popular weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and homewares can be bought.

    Seydikemer (formally known as Kemer) is a small town situated just 1 hour drive from Dalaman international airport (65km)

    Some choose to fish on the fresh water rivers, with trout being the best catch and the area as a whole has some beautiful walks and cycle routes if you like the outdoors and exploring.

    Seydikemer in recent years was given town status, with the authorities making vast improvements to the local infrastructure. There have been new roads, block paved paths and underground utilities already. A new hospital in 2023 and council offices in 2022 and further plans include a central boating lake.
