There is a steel entrance door which is accessed from the rear of the building and can only be accessed from within the complex grounds for a secure home.

Upon entrance there is an electrical fob which is a good addition if renting out in the future to limit electric usage when outside of the home, limiting utility bills.

To the right hand side of the entrance door you will find an open plan, air-conditioned, kitchen and lounge and there is useful understairs storage depo.

The kitchen is set across two aspects to present an L shape set of kitchen units with speckled granite work tops and inset sink. The kitchen is equipped with tall fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood over and microwave oven. Washing machine is plumbed into the bathroom.

The apartment is located in the heart of the resort, on the quieter end of the main strip with everything literally on your doorstep.

The resort becomes pedestrianised during the evenings and there is also noise restrictions in place at midnight which is heavily controlled by the local authorities and Jandarma.

The main dolmus bus route that has links to OluDeniz Beach and Blue Lagoon and Fethiye Harbour Town is a few minutes walk from the apartment. This service runs every 5 minutes in the summer and every 20 minutes in the winter to offer a cheap and reliable means of transport to get about.
